SGM Design 360 was founded in early 2008 as a way to merge our passion for technology, photography and real estate development. We started doing virtual tours in 2006 when the technology was just developing. Initially we were just curious about the technology used to create immersive panoramas, but we quickly saw their value in helping to showcase the Architectural Design work we were involved with. Being able to show a client a building from the inside or to place them in the middle of an outdoor lifestyle center seemed like a great use for this media. Clearly, having the ability to become totally immersed in a building or a public space without actually being there is a tremendous asset for people trying to make investment decisions. The technology has matured a great deal since those early days and today the immersive technology used by SGMDesign360 for architectural portfolio work is perfect for the Virtual Tour Market. Our virtual tours are chosen over the competition on a daily basis by intelligent business owners who demand the best virtual tours to showcase their properties online. As a virtual tour provider using Real Tour Vision technology, we can provide you with professional 360° home tours as well as 360° commercial tours in a timely fashion.
Founder and President Steve Moluse is a graduate of Ohio State University School of Architecture and is a Registered Landscape Architect and site planner. In 2010 Steve joined the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Diversion Investigator in the Cleveland Resident Office, Tactical Diversion Squad (TDS).  DEA’s Tactical Diversion Squads (TDS) are a key element of DEA’s enforcement strategy to address the diversion of controlled substances. These teams are solely dedicated to investigating, disrupting, and dismantling individuals and organizations involved in drug diversion schemes. Additionally, they combine the expertise of diversion investigators, special agents, and task force officers from various state and local law enforcement or regulatory agencies.  An important purpose of TDS groups is to provide coordination with different judicial districts to maximize the effectiveness of multiple investigations and prosecutions combine DEA resources with those of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies in an innovative effort to investigate, disrupt and dismantle those suspected of violating the Controlled Substances Act pertaining to the diversion of pharmaceutical controlled substances or listed chemicals.  Yes,   it’s a long way from Land Planning activities…but so much more rewarding.
Steve and his wife MaryJo reside in Avon, Ohio.

In 2019 SGM Design added DRONE Aerial Photography and has become a leader in the Northeast Ohio Real Estate and Insurance Inspection space. Steve is an FAA Part 107 SUAS pilot, and is fully insured.
